Services Policies

Massage Therapy
The Citrus Club Spa offers several types of massage therapy including relaxation massages, sports massages to relax overworked muscles, therapeutic massages to promote healing, reflexology and motherhood massages to ease the discomfort of pregnancy.

Salon Services
Whether you want a completely new look or just an update to your current style, our salon staff works with you to create a look that complements you and your lifestyle. We offer hair services including cuts, styling, color and perms.

Stretch Therapy

Experience deep relaxation and improved mobility with our professional stretch therapy. Designed to gently lengthen muscles and relieve tension, this service helps reduce stiffness, enhance flexibility, and promote better posture. Whether you're recovering from a workout or simply need to unwind, our stretch therapy is the perfect addition to your wellness routine

Gift Certificates
We are delighted to help you select the perfect personalized gift. Gift certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount or for selected services. All gift certificates have an expiration date. Once a gift certificate expires the certificate is voided. An expired certificate can be redeemed for a $25 fee.

Services are open to Members and the public.

Appointments
To make a reservation, please contact the Citrus Club Spa at 407.423.4070. If you have a preference, please indicate a preferred therapist and specific type of treatment.

Check-In
We suggest you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we require an eight-hour notice prior to your appointment. If you fail to give an eight-hour notice and we are unable to rebook our forfeited time with another appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee of $30 per hour. All no-shows are charged 100% of their scheduled services. Members are automatically billed on their membership account. NonMembers pay a Visa/Master Card deposit when they book their appointment.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to your service, please tell us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist helps customize your service for maximum enjoyment and benefits.

Comfort
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, spa robe, gown and slippers are provided.

Spa Etiquette
If you enjoyed your spa service, tell your therapist or aesthetician you appreciate their work and extra effort. Tips are always welcome for a job well done.

Cell Phones & Pagers
To create a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.

Personal Belongings
Because spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we ask you to refrain from wearing jewelry. Citrus Club is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
